I had a severe ant problem in and around my pool room as well as a bee problem underneath my wood deck. I called Independent and was pleasantly surprised at how soon a tech was out for a consultation. Jake the tech was professional and knowledgeable. The recommended course of action sounded good and the quoted price was very competitive. He actually started right then and there. My problems were gone by the next day. I've been on a minimal maintenance plan since and haven't had a single problem. It's been great working with a company that delivers as promised and I would enthusiastically recommend Independent to anyone with pest problems.

Called Independent Pest Solutions when we heard strange noises coming from our crawl space. Dons team showed up the next day, took care of the problem and secured our crawl space to keep it from happening again. These guys were professional, had great customer service, got the job done quick and all at a great price. Thanks Independent!!!

I am president of Pinebrook Terrace Condo's in Des Moines, WA. We had the opportunity to discover Don and Independent Pest Solutions thru our Property Manager. We were looking into bids for pest control and they offered to go under the building to look for activity down there. Once down there they discovered an absolute mess of rodent activity/wires/no insulation underneath any of the buildings. Don's crew quickly assembled and did a bid that was awesome! They came in and refurbished the entire crawl spaces of 4 buildings in a very timely manner. Pictures were taken both before and after! I could live under there now and it's probably cleaner than my own house. Everyone is enjoying the nice warm floors... pipes all insulated too. Wires put back and new ground barrier put down and all the duct work fixed/repaired/replaced! We have also retained them for our rodent/pest control since we are surrounded by wooded area. Excellent work and top notch employees. Professionalism doesn't get any better!!!!

Todd Finally a company that still focuses on Great Customer Service. Had a problem with wasps on 2 story home. Called on a Friday AM and had a team over by close of business Friday. Nests were removed and problem fixed, also crawl space was inspected during the visit, they found a few screens with holes and an exhaust pipe disconnected, corrected same day. Very detailed and professional service, thank you Independent, I feel confortable referring you to friends and neighbors.

While working on buying a home, Independent Pest Solutions not only provided a free inspection, excellent response & customer service, but their packages for continued treatment and inspection are really handy and reasonable. Although I don't look forward to any pests, I definitely look forward to working with Independent Pest Solutions again and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

I'm the maintenance coordinator for a property management company, and Independent Pest Solutions has always been my go-to company for pest control. They are able to work with me and the tenants to find the best possible solution to the issue (both action-wise and financially!) and are always available when I have questions.
